The smaller diameter and closely wires of welded wire fabric have the ability to provide a more uniform stress distribution and more effective crack control in concrete slabs and walls than the large diameter steel bars which are usually widely spaced.

The wide range of wire diameter and spacing available also makes it possible to provide almost exactly the required cross-sectional steel area.

*Adaptability

YTS fabric can easily be bent into almost any required form or shape. It has the right degree of ductility to allow it to be bent and yet it is sufficiently rigid to maintain its form ater bending.
